Our Story
Industrial Park Hub represents a collaborative effort, combining the skills and backing of Viet Son Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, Siam Brothers Industry Joint Stock Company, and Thailand’s Pana Commercial – Trans – Construction Joint Stock Company.
Our ventures began in 2004 with the establishment of Thai Hoa Industrial Park. Approaching two decades of growth and operations, Thai Hoa has emerged as a foremost destination for investments in Vietnam’s southern area.
And that’s when we noticed something…
Our Moment
Industrial Companies are always missing a key element when they expand into a new Industrial Park. You may have local staff, but you don’t have training. Chauychoo has nearly 40 years of experience in the field of industrial real estate development and management. Chauychoo uses modern management techniques and a model of 360 degree service to ensure even the most com complex projects are a success.
With a career that spans Vietnam, Thailand and Libya, Chauychoo has earned a deep understanding of international trade and investment while forging longterm partnerships and collaborations.
Besides his own businesses, Chauychoo also chairs several committees including the Thai Business Association and the Thai-Vietnamese Golf Group.
